Two performance artists, male and female, roam the nighttime streets of Goma with electrified private parts, provoking the public in a spectacle of bewilderment, fascination, and curiosity.
Benoît Baritegera Mugabo is a multidisciplinary artist based in Goma who uses art as a means of advocacy and communication about the social conditions of his community and also environmental justice. He created the cultural center Ndoto art, a space for expression and enhancement of culture and peace by using art as a means of pressure to the rebel groups and other actors of conflicts in his region.
